Buying Secondhand

For the majority of new – and experienced – boatowners, buying a ‘pre-loved’ boat is the only way to travel. Whether the boat is 12 months old or 12 years matters not; they see the advantages in terms of financial savings (or affordability); of getting a bigger/better craft than they might be able to afford new; they see buying into the boating package after some-one else has sorted it all out – these are just some of the reasons why interest in secondhand boats always remains very high.
In the Sea Library, it is a section of growing importance, building on a very good base of material – and is expected to grow strongly in the future.
