Getting Started in Boating

Stock in trade for any good boating magazine, it’s surprising how many of the “basic” articles we’ve published over the years have been culled from the SEA Library list – mainly due to changes in technology, or the types of boats now available.

Nevertheless, this is still an area of vital interest to boating consumers, and we’ve now  put in place a new program that will ensure a continuing supply of up-to-the minute  articles dealing with the many fundamental issues people face when they first climb aboard, and start off in their world of boating.
